Where are you located?
We are an online-only store, and your order will be delivered to your doorstep by a shipping company. ❤️
What is your shipping policy?
For Cairo & Giza, you can open the package upon delivery to check the fabric and size. If you decide to return it, you will only need to cover the shipping cost.
For other governorates and some areas in Cairo & Giza, orders shipped via Bosta cannot be opened before payment due to their strict no-package-opening policy to ensure order security and privacy. Learn more
Why are the prices high?
We provide the best quality in the market, from fabric selection to manufacturing, dyeing, and design—whether embroidery or printing.
Our products are made to last for years without fading, unraveling, or peeling. Instead of buying a lower-quality product at half the price and replacing it in a few months, you’re investing in something that stays perfect over time.
Are the product photos real?
Yes! Our photos are taken by Pharaonic Photography, and they showcase our actual products—no Photoshop editing involved. ❤️
How do I choose the right size?
We aim to help you select the best fit to avoid exchanges.
Based on our experience with customers of similar height and weight, we suggest the most suitable size. However, the final choice is entirely up to you.
Can I open the package upon delivery (Bosta shipping)?
If you want to inspect the item before finalizing the purchase, you can prepay the shipping cost via Vodafone Cash or Instapay.
Once the courier arrives, you can check the product, and if it’s not suitable, you can return it without any additional payment.
However, please note that you must either accept or return the full order—partial returns are not allowed (e.g., you cannot keep one item and return another). The courier is required to collect the exact amount stated on the shipping invoice.
Can I order two sizes and choose one upon delivery?
Unfortunately, this option is not available as it affects our stock availability and order readiness.
Returns take time to process, which delays our delivery speed. Our priority is ensuring fast shipping and high product quality for all customers.
